Practice Manager Support and Review meetings

In 2018, Gloucestershire LMC was able to secure funding to deliver training to Practice Managers wishing to become Practice Manager Appraisers across the county. The training was well received, and enjoyed by the attendees. Some are still willing to act as informal PM Supporters, and others have withdrawn due to practice commitments.

The scheme to provide formal appraisals for individual PMs is currently in abeyance due to lack of funding.

It is under discussion with The Primary Care Training Hub and GDoc, and we will provide an update when more information is available.
